Prompt medical care is provided at reasonable fee for service rates or you may pay just your co-pay on your insurance plan.
For plans we have not yet signed up for, we will complete an "out-of-network" claim so you can be reimbursed by your HMO plan.
We participate in Medicare for our elderly patients, ConnectiCare, and other plans.
We have a state of the art Triage room with 4 exam rooms designed like a Fast Track ER.
Our doctors diagnose & treat all medical & surgical problems for insured & uninsured patients.
We can handle workers' compensation, immigration, school, camp, sports, & employment physicals.
We can provide radiology & lab diagnostic studies that are covered by insurance plans. We have reasonable out of pocket rates for the uninsured.
Doctors may send their patients to be evaluated weekdays, nights, weekends, & holidays. We do not follow patients long term. All of our patients are referred back to their doctor.
